Blue Nails for Autism Round Up

By | April 1, 2013

You might have noticed a slew of blue manicures around the internet nail world recently – this is in honour of Autism Awareness Month, which started on the first of April. 1 in 100 people suffer from some form of autism, and many around them feel its effects. As well as nail painting this month, there are nail-related events such as a silent auction of unique custom polishes by some of the best indie makers (click here for more details). Here are some of the blue manis Aussie ladies are rocking this week:

Glitteriffic blue nails by Tash (@tashisdead)

Doctor Who themed blue nails (Nail Pattern Boldness Bigger on the Inside with a Loki’s Lacquer Allons-y accent nail) by Rebecca (Polished Peripherals)

Puzzle piece nails by Tammy (Lacquer and Leather)

Blue chevron and glitter by Teneil (Shades of Phoenix)

Gold leaf top coat makes the blue in Genna’s (Eternal Dreamer) mani really pop!
